During Euroblech Exhibition 2008 in Hannover, Rolleri has introduced the new tools trolley.

It is a trolley, with the aim of a tools holder, invented by R&D department, that allows in total safety the handling of the tools to be mounted on the press brake tooling.

Shape and dimensions have been carefully studied by our technicians, with the purpose to give to the tools trolley great solidity and at the same time, handiness. Moreover, its pyramid-shaped structure allows the operator an easy handling of punches and dies near the machine during the phase of tools change.

Rolleri Tools Trolley will assure you to save a lot of time, will preserve your tools and make the work of your operators easier.

This system has been studied to carry tools with promecam, beyeler and trumpf connection systems (see the table below) with a maximum capacity of 600 kilos

Rolleri ongoing commitment to research and development has allowed the evolution of fast clamping systems until the brand new ROL3 System. This is a hydraulic fast clamping system with customized features. Thank to Rolleri versatility and R&D skills, this system can be applied to different machines and connections, enabling customers to bend faster and so to amortize the investment in short time.

The latest great evolution enables the use of the hydraulic system with standard Promecam/Amada intermediates, without modifying them.  

ROL3 Clamp1 and 3: With 150 bar pressure, force on 150mm is 600 Kg.

ROL3 Clamp3 replaces the clamp mounted on the intermediate and, thank to a hydraulic driving unit, uses oil pressure to fix upper tooling perfectly. If you choose this clamp, you can mount standard Promecam type tools traditionally by sliding them from one side.

ROL3 Clamp1 has the same features as Rol3 Clamp1, but it fixes tools with ROL1 Groove with further time saving for any tool change.

Thank to spring-activated bearings, which also work as anti-fall system, ROL1 Tools can be mounted vertically and, at the same time, be perfectly aligned.

ROL2 System

ROL2 System is the revolutionary system for the quick clamping of the lower tools composed by a special clamp (called ROL2 CLAMP1 L = 500 mm) that can be activated by a lever inserted in the middle of the system. The working of ROL2 System is through a series of springs, placed inside the clamp, that let the ROL2 CLAMP1 be opened or closed and perfectly align the lower tools. Thanks to a special polyurethane insert the work of ROL2 CLAMP1 is uniform and constant through all the length, and allows the lock even of small sectioned pieces. For a press brake machine with a length of 3 meters only 6 movements are necessary to lock all the lower tools.

Rol2 Clamp1 can be mounted in different ways according to your equipment:

1. If your press brake table is 60mm wide, Rol2 Clamp1 can be mounted directly on it thank to the holes made to fix standard clamps (standard distance between holes is 100mm). If the distance between holes isn’t standard, Rolleri can modify the clamp, so that it can be mounted directly on the press brake table. This system can be used on press brake with automatic crowning system.

2.If your press brake table is 90mm wide, Rol2 Clamp1 can be mounted directly on it thank to the holes made to fix standard clamps (standard distance between holes is 100mm). If the distance between holes isn’t standard, Rolleri can modify the clamp, so that it can be mounted directly on the press brake table. Thank to two ground shims 15mm wide with pins to be fixed to the clamp and the table, you can also mount smaller dies with 60mm basis. The shim close to the clamp is equipped with a rubber insert to fix sectioned dies properly.

3.If the press brake is equipped with a die holder, Rol2 Clamp1 can be mounted on a hardened and ground worktable, 60mm wide and 55mm high, to be fixed onto the die holder.

Rolleri latest big innovation is ROL5 System, a mechanic fast clamping system for standard Promecam upper tools, which doesn’t require any change in the press brake.
With ROL5 System you can mount and remove upper tools vertically without any modification. By tighting the central screw, tools get aligned and seated and ready to work.
