The range of ROL1 products includes the ROL1 PN System the application of the pneumatic gear to the “ROL1 System”.

This system works thanks to pneumatic cylinders, from which the air pressure makes the stem comes out, this stem causes a rotation of the clamp and the lock of the tools. The release of the air pressure let the stems return into the cylinders, and set the tools free from the lock of the clamp.

For its working it is not necessary to modify the intermediates INT 100 already mounted and it is possible to apply the pneumatic gear to the “ROL1” system already in use. It is sufficient to pull out, from a normal ROL1 CLAMP1, the central grain and the locking lever and to apply the upper part of the new clamp (ROL1 PN CLAMP1), that contains the cylinders, the connectors and the small tubes necessary for the working of the system. Starting from today all clamps ROL1 CLAMP1 we produce are supplied with holes, by this way it becomes more easy to change from “ROL1 System” into “ROL1 PN System”.

Moreover it is available, as for the “ROL1 System” a clamp called “ROL1 PN CLAMP3” that can be used with the pneumatic gear and allows the mounting on the machine of tools that do not have the “ROL1 GROOVE” connection system.

Two are the components necessary for the equipment of a press brake machine with the “ROL1 PN System”:

• “ROL1 PDU” (Pneumatic Driving Unit)
• “ROL1 PN CLAMP1” the clamp complete of cylinders, connectors and small tubes.
